Membership

Club membership is limited to 350 members each year. Annual dues are $59 as of 2012 (increased by the rate of inflation each year) plus 5 voluntary work hours. As a member in good standing spouses and children are also granted access to club privileges and events.

How do I become a member?

Those wanting to become MFRG Club members are invited to attend a monthly membership meeting to apply. Meetings are held at 7:30 p.m. on the third Monday night of each month. At the beginning of each meeting guests are asked to record their name and address with the secretary and fill out a Membership Application. Names will be added to the waiting list. New member applications are processed in the order they were received each January as space becomes available in the club. Approximately 30 new members are added each year.   All new members must complete their first years’ 5 work hour requirement during the Rifle Clinic.

To become a member in good standing you must meet the following criteria:

• Maintain a membership in the NRA
• Pay one time enrollment fee $50
• Pay one time Gate Maintenance Fee $10
• Annual dues $59 as of 2012 (Increases by the rate of inflation ever year)
• Complete a minimum of 5 club work hours each year.  (New Members are required to work their 5 hours during the Rifle Clinic the first year).
• Members unable to complete their work hours by the end of the year are charged $10 per hour.
